That means a lot to us. The True North Rewards program is our way of saying thank you in a way that is concrete and worthwhile.

When someone you refer proceeds with a complete solar and battery installation, we send you a $500 voucher. The reward is tied to a completed install, not just an enquiry.

No limit on referrals

There is no cap on how many people you can refer. Every successful referral earns a $500 voucher. If you refer three people in a year and all three proceed, you receive three vouchers.

How to make a referral

There are no forms to fill in and no process to follow. Here is all you need to do.

    When they get in touch with us, whether by phone, email or the contact form, ask them to mention that you referred them. That is how we track the connection between the referral and the reward.

    We provide the same honest assessment, clear quote and quality installation that you received. No shortcuts because they came through a referral.

Referral eligibility

Who can I refer?

Anyone who is thinking about installing solar and battery storage. If someone mentions they are looking at solar, that is your cue. The referral program is open to all existing True North Solar customers.

Neighbours

If your neighbour comments on your solar system or asks who installed it, tell them. A short conversation about your experience is one of the most effective referrals there is.

Family members

If a family member is looking at solar, refer them. The reward is the same regardless of your relationship to the person you refer.
