Cyclone ratings and roof suitability

Townsville sits in a cyclone-prone region, which means the structural rating of your roof and the mounting hardware used matters more here than in most parts of Australia. We design every system to meet local wind loading requirements and will not install on a roof that is not suited to solar.

Heat and panel performance

Do you handle the Ergon Energy paperwork?

Yes. We manage all grid connection applications, metering requirements and compliance certificates with Ergon Energy on your behalf.

What warranties come with the system?

Solar panels typically carry 25-year product warranties from the manufacturer. Inverters vary by brand, usually 5 to 10 years. Our installation workmanship is also warranted, so if something goes wrong with how it was fitted, we fix it.

Can I add a battery later?

Yes. We design every system with future battery compatibility in mind. If you are not ready for storage now, you can add it later without changing the solar setup.

Are the panels rated for Townsville conditions?

We only install panels rated for Queensland conditions, including heat performance and cyclone-rated mounting hardware. We will not fit a system that is not built for where you live.

Is finance available?
